Import large product catalogs - via Batch Importer
With our Batch Importer you can easily create large quantities of Cockpit products via a CSV file and save a lot of time and effort.
In the Cockpit dashboard you will find under "Import" a catalog Excel file with all information about the basic products as well as a template for the CSV import file, both of which can be downloaded and viewed with Excel.
In the CSV file you enter all the important product information, such as the project name and product ID, but also design width, reference and link. It is also possible to define the print position of the design.
You can import up to 100 products per CSV file.
You can create the CSV file with any spreadsheet program, such as MS Excel or Libre Office.

You enter the design or the print file in the CSV file as a reference or URL. The reference is the unique identifier of an existing cockpit design and can be found in the menu item "Designs" by clicking on the pencil symbol of the respective design.
Please make sure that the URL does not contain any special characters and that the file is linked directly (e.g. Dropbox does not link directly to the image, but to a preview page).
If a conflict occurs during file processing or individual lines, the cause of the error automatically appears in the Cockpit dashboard. By clicking on "Fix error" next to the corresponding line, you can subsequently adjust individual values.
