Why do I have to pay a surcharge for additional products?
The actual cost of shipping depends on a variety of factors (weight, volume, packaging, destination region, etc.). By adding a surcharge for additional products, we try to pass on the costs incurred in a fair way (based on causation). Compared to a mixed calculation, this has the advantage for you that you only pay for what you actually use. All prices are subject to the applicable sales tax.

Shipping is done by our logistics partners DHL, DPD, GLS, Deutsche Post and UPS. The choice of the service provider depends on the size of the shipment, the weight and the place of delivery.
