Order Desk with print-on-demand offers you automated import of orders from numerous e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Magento, or Webflow, to which you gain easy access.
Do I need to pay attention to anything when setting up with Shirtigo?
In the first step, you create an API key along with the Store ID in Order Desk under the Store Settings. You enter both in the Shirtigo dashboard under Shops ▶ Order Desk ▶ Link Order Desk and click on "Install".
In Order Desk, you select your desired platform under Store Settings ▶ Shopping Carts. You can find a clear guide in the Helpcenter.
How do I transfer Shirtigo products to my platform?
Order Desk is primarily intended for the import of orders and is not designed for automated product transfer. For this reason, the synchronization of your existing products does not occur automatically – as with our other integrations – but via SKUs (article numbers), which you determine through a CSV file. You export this from the Shirtigo dashboard ▶ Products. From the CSV file, you copy the SKUs and enter them into the products of your platform. How can I transfer orders from Order Desk?
The import of Order Desk orders is possible manually or automatically. You can manually import the orders in the "Shops" menu by clicking on the download icon to the right of the linked Order Desk store.
