Since Order Desk is designed to import orders, the transfer of your Cockpit products to your platform is not automated. Instead, you add our SKUs to existing products in your platform, which you can find in the CSV export file.

Order Desk with print-on-demand offers you automated imports of orders from numerous e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Magento or Webflow.
In the first step, navigate to the store settings in Order Desk and find your API key and store ID. Enter both information in the Cockpit dashboard under Shops ▶ Order Desk ▶ Link Order Desk and click on "Install".
After that you can proceed to select your desired platform In Order Desk under Store Settings ▶ Shopping Carts.
Order Desk is primarily used to import orders and is not designed for automated product transfers. For this reason, the synchronization of your existing products is not automated - as we offer it for our other integrations - but happens via SKUs (article numbers). You can create a list of your product SKU in the Cockpit as a CSV file. Navigate to the Products section in the dashboard and click on the export icon to perform the export action. You may now use the SKUs from the CSV file and enter them in the products setting of the sales platform you intend to use Order Desk and Shirtigo Cokpit to automate the print fulfillment.
The import of Order Desk orders is possible manually or automatically. You can import orders manually by clicking on the download icon to the right of the linked Order Desk store in the "Shops" menu section. If you click on the cogwheel symbol to the right, you can activate the automatic import under "General settings".
