What do I need to consider when integrating eBay with the Cockpit?
You only need a valid private or commercial eBay account to link to the Cockpit. However, as private eBay accounts are subject to a general sales limit, we recommend using a commercial account. Detailed instructions.
If you link your eBay account for the first time, a confirmation is required after the eBay login (eBay sets a cookie). If you unlink and link again, the confirmation is not required. If you want to link another eBay account, it is important to log out of eBay after unlinking for the first time and ideally delete the cookie. More info.
How can I store payment methods on eBay?
Bei einer eBay-Registrierung musst du erst noch die Zahlungsarten für deine Kunden hinterlegen. Dies ist zudem notwendig, um deine Cockpit-Artikel zu synchronisieren und das Aufgeben von Bestellungen zu ermöglichen.

Is there a selling limit on eBay?
Für private eBay-Konten besteht ein generelles Verkaufslimit, um einem gewerblichen Missbrauch vorzubeugen. Daher empfehlen wir die Nutzung eines gewerblichen eBay-Accounts.
Bist du als Verkäufer neu bei eBay, besteht zunächst ebenfalls ein Verkaufslimit (10 Artikel im Monat). Das Limit kannst du auf 100 Artikel im Monat anheben. Für die Anhebung stehen dir verschiedene Optionen zur Verfügen.
How can I customize the eBay policies?
On eBay, there are policies for sellers that define rules for shipping and return policies. When you link your eBay account to the Cockpit, a Shirtigo fulfillment policy is created and assigned to your Cockpit products. You can adjust this policy in the Cockpit dashboard under "Shops" in the integration settings. After a few minutes, eBay will apply the changes (also for synchronized Cockpit products). More info.

Mit dem Cockpit kannst du die deutschsprachigen eBay-Marktplätze ebay.de (Deutschland), ebay.at (Österreich) und ebay.ch (Schweiz) nutzen. Hinweis: Hast du einen Marktplatz auf ebay.de, können dort theoretisch Kunden aus Österreich deine Produkte kaufen. eBay.de-gesyncte Produkte erscheinen auf eBay.at allerdings nicht.
