To link to the Cockpit, you only need an active Etsy account. Navigate to the Shops section in the Cockpit dashboard and click on "Connect Etsy", enter your store URL and you are already done. This will open a authentication dialog where you confirm that you want to connect your Etsy account to the Cockpit. If your Etsy store appears in the dashboard under "Shops", the link was successful.
The import of Etsy orders takes place in the Cockpit dashboard and is kept simple. Your Etsy store is listed under "Shops". To the right of the store you will find a cloud icon. Click on it to import your orders.
With the Shirtigo Cockpit you have the possibility to personalize your designs with special customer requests like a desired name. You can activate the personalization function in the dashboard. For this you create a dummy design in advance. After receiving the order, you upload the personalized design and release the order for production.
