The PrestaShop open source store system is free in its basic version and includes numerous extensions and updates. Especially advantageous is the high customizability of design elements, independent of templates. Due to numerous functions and modules, you can personalize the store as you wish. Since the system was developed in France, it offers a high level of legal security in European countries.
First of all, you create a web service key in the PrestaShop backend and add a suitable key description. In the "Permissions" section, you define the areas that the Cockpit will access.
Now switch to the Cockpit dashboard and click on Shops ▶ Integrations tab ▶ Connect PrestaShop. Here you enter your store URL and the web service key. Finally, click the "Install" button. If everything went successfully, your store will be visible under "Shops".
Synchronizing your Cockpit products with your PrestaShop store is very easy. As long as your store is connected to the Cockpit and you have designed a product, go to the "Products" section. Here the product will appear under the Product Groups and/or Individual Products tab. On the right side next to the product is an arrow symbol. Click on it to transfer the product to PrestaShop.
You can easily import PrestaShop orders into the Cockpit. Your PrestaShop store is listed under "Stores". Click on the download icon to the right and all orders with the status "Payment accepted" or "Remote accepted" will be transferred.
