What do I need to consider when setting up PrestaShop with Shirtigo?
First of all, you create a web service key in the PrestaShop backend and add a suitable key description. In the "Permissions" section, you specify the areas that Shirtigo accesses (a detailed guide with the resources to select can be found in the Helpcenter).
Now you switch to the Shirtigo dashboard and click on Shops ▶ Tab Integrations ▶ Link PrestaShop. Here you enter your shop URL and the web service key. Finally, you click on "Install". If everything went successfully, your store can be seen under "Shops".
How do I add Shirtigo products to PrestaShop?
Synchronizing your Shirtigo products with your PrestaShop store is incredibly easy. As long as your shop is connected to Shirtigo and you have designed a product, you switch to the "Products" section. Here, the product appears under the tab Product Groups and/or Individual Products. On the right side next to the product, there is an arrow symbol. Click here to transfer the product to PrestaShop.
How can I transfer orders from PrestaShop?
You can easily import PrestaShop orders into Shirtigo. Your PrestaShop store is listed under "Shops". Click on the download icon next to it, and all items with the status "Payment accepted" or "Remote accepted" will be transferred.
