What is a sample box and how does it work?
A sample box contains an exclusive selection of our most popular products with various example designs in DTG printing. This way, you can directly touch and experience the quality of the textiles, the print, and the workmanship before placing your order. Each box will be completed within 2–5 business days and shipped to you worldwide.
Which products can I test with the sample box?
A sample box contains a selection of our most popular textiles with DTG printing, so you can directly test the quality of fabric, print, and workmanship live. We offer three variants: the Merch Box, the Organic Box, and the Streetwear Box. Each box contains exactly three products – two different t-shirts and a hoodie – completely in your desired size. To test the print on different substrates, all products in a box are uniformly either in black or in white. After ordering, your box will be produced within 2–5 business days and shipped worldwide.
Can I have sample products printed with my own designs?
The products in the standard sample boxes are already prefabricated with high-quality example designs so that we can ship them quickly within 2–5 business days. A custom design on the products in the boxes is therefore not possible.
However, you have two other options if you want to test your own design:
- Welcome sample order: Activation with a 20% discount upon first linking with shop/marketplace and Shirtigo account.
- Sales-based sample order: Under certain conditions, 1-3 discounted sample orders per month are possible. How that works, you can find out in this article.
What costs and shipping conditions apply for a sample box?
The current price for your desired sample box can be found on the sample box shop page next to the "Buy now"-button. The following conditions apply for delivery: Shipping within Germany costs 4.99 €, to EU countries 6.99 €, and to the rest of the world 10.99 €. All mentioned prices and shipping costs already include the statutory 19% VAT.
Can I return sample boxes and get a refund?
Yes, since our sample boxes are pre-manufactured goods, you are entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You can return the box in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. As soon as the return has arrived and been checked by us, we will refund you the purchase price via your chosen payment method. To submit your withdrawal, use our withdrawal form.
