Frequently asked questions
How can I activate the branding features in the cockpit?
Under "Branding" in the dashboard, select the channel (e.g. Shopify) for which the branding option is to be activated. You then specify the option in the individual tabs. You can find more information with clear videos here.
What do I need to consider with woven labels?

How does the attachment of hangtags/tags work?
Send us your hangtags without cords, which we will keep. When we receive your order, we attach the hangtag to the size label of the corresponding textile. We use a box measuring 20 x 40 x 10 cm for each insert. More info.
What should I know about neck prints?

How does my logo get onto the delivery bill & packaging?
You can upload your logo in the cockpit dashboard under "Branding" using the "Delivery bill" and "Stickers" tabs. The logo appears in black and white at the top right of the delivery bill. You can also add a personal message to the delivery bill and specify whether our name or your product name is used. More information.
Your logo is applied to the packaging in the form of a black and white sticker. Please note that grayscale cannot be used for the logo. More information.
Which parcel inserts can I deposit?
In principle, anything measuring a maximum of 15 x 20 cm and weighing less than 30 g is suitable as a pack-in. Please also note that each type of insert should be stored in a box measuring 20 x 40 x 10 cm. Stickers, flyers, business cards and patches are particularly suitable. We add a maximum of 2 package inserts to each order. Storage is free of charge.
