How do I add Shirtigo products to Shopify?
After you have successfully linked Shirtigo with your Shopify store and created a Shirtigo product, you can easily synchronize it with your shop.
Your product will be listed under the tab Product Groups and/or Individual Products in "Products". On the right side of the product, you will find a round arrow symbol under "Actions". Clicking on the symbol will initiate the synchronization and the product will be transferred to your shop.
How do I transfer orders from Shopify?
For the transfer of your order or your fulfillment from Shopify to Shirtigo, you have two options.
Either you trigger the order manually in the Shopify backend. The advantage here is that you can change orders afterwards (e.g., colors and sizes) before they go into production. Or you let all orders be transferred automatically in Shopify. Note that paid orders are forwarded directly to production.

Can I link existing Shopify products with a Shirtigo product?
If you already have print-on-demand products like shirts in a Shopify store, you can link this with Shirtigo and have it produced through them. This allows you to maintain existing product pages with good Google rankings. For the linking, you need the SKU of your created Shirtigo product, which you determine via a CSV file. Finally, you enter the SKU in the corresponding product page of your Shopify backend.
