After you have successfully connected the Cockpit to your Shopify store and created a Cockpit product, you can easily synchronize it with your store with just one click.
Navigate to the product you would like in the "Products" section in Shirtigo Cockpit. On the right side of the product you will find a round arrow symbol under "Actions". By clicking on the icon, the synchronization will take place and the product will be transferred to your store.
You have two options for transferring your order or fulfillment from Shopify to Cockpit.
Either you request the fulfillment manually in the Shopify backend. The advantage of this is that you can make changes to orders (e.g. colors and sizes) before they go into production. Or you choose to configure Shopify to create fulfillments automatically for new orders. Please note that paid orders are sent directly to production.
If you already have print-on-demand products such as shirts in a Shopify store, you can link them to the Cockpit and have them produced using the following procedure. This allows you to keep existing product pages with organically grown Google rankings. The link between your existing product and the Cockpit Product is established via their SKU, which is available as a CSV file export in the product overview. Finally, you enter the SKU in the corresponding product page of your Shopify admin site.
