How do I add Cockpit products in Shopify?
Nachdem du Shirtigo mit deinem Shopify-Shop erfolgreich verknüpft und ein Shirtigo-Produkt erstellt hast, kannst du dieses mit deinem Shop ganz einfach synchronisieren.
Unter „Produkte“ wird dein Produkt unter dem Reiter Produktgruppen und/oder Einzelprodukte gelistet. Auf der rechten Seite des Produkts findest du unter „Aktionen ein rundes Pfeile-Symbol. Mit Klick auf das Symbol erfolgt die Synchronisierung und das Produkt wird in deinen Shop übertragen.
How do I transfer orders from Shopify?
Für die Übertragung deiner Bestellung bzw. deines Fulfillments von Shopify ins Cockpit hast du zwei Möglichkeiten.
Entweder löst du die Bestellung manuell im Shopify-Backend aus. Der Vorteil hierbei ist, dass du Bestellungen nachträglich ändern kannst (z. B. Farben und Größen), ehe sie in Produktion gehen. Oder du lässt alle Bestellungen in Shopify automatisch übertragen. Beachte, dass bezahlte Bestellungen direkt an die Produktion weitergeleitet werden.

Can I link existing Shopify products with a Cockpit product?
Wenn du bereits Print-on-Demand-Produkte wie Shirts in einem Shopify-Shop hast, kannst du dieses mit dem Cockpit verknüpfen und hierüber produzieren lassen. Damit kannst du bestehende Produktseiten mit guten Google-Platzierungen beibehalten. Für die Verknüpfung benötigst du die SKU deines angelegten Cockpit-Produkts, die via CSV-Datei ermittelst. Abschließend trägst du in der entsprechenden Produktseite deines Shopify-Backends die SKU ein.
