What do I need to consider when setting up WooCommerce in the Cockpit?
Bevor du deinen WooCommerce-Shop an Shirtigo anbindest, müssen einige Voraussetzungen erfüllt werden. Zum einen muss dein WC-Shop über ein SSL-Zertifikat verfügen und zum anderen muss er mindestens auf Version 3.0 laufen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.
Des Weiteren darf unter „Permalinks“ (unter „Einstellungen) nicht die Option „Einfach“ ausgewählt und unter „Produktbilder“ die Option „Nicht zuschneiden“ aktiviert werden. In der Regel sind beide aber bereits korrekt in WooCommerce voreingestellt.

How do I transfer orders from WooCommerce?
Sobald Bestellungen den Status „in Bearbeitung“ erhalten, werden sie prinzipiell automatisch übertragen. Diesen Status erhalten alle Bestellungen mit der Zahlungsart PayPal oder Kreditkarte. Bei der Zahlungsart Vorkasse erhalten sie den Status „in Wartestellung“ und sind nach Zahlungseingang manuell auf „in Bearbeitung“ zu stellen.
Springt der Status auf „Versendet“, wird dies ebenfalls automatisch an deinen WooCommerce-Shop übertragen.
Are there any problematic WooCommerce plugins?
Da WooCommerce eine Open-Source-Lösung ist, gibt es keine zentrale Prüfinstanz, die jedes Plugin auf etwaige Komplikationen überprüft. Daher kann es in wenigen Fällen dazu kommen, dass einige Plugins die Übertragung von Produkten und Bestellungen stören. Störanfällige Plugins, die uns bekannt sind, sind „W3 Total Cache“ (i. d. R. lösbar durch temporäre Deaktivierung) und „WP Rocket“.
