What services does the Print Manager offer?
The print manager offers, on the one hand, the (multi-)product creator. This is an intuitively designed product designer that allows you to place your designs on different print products as well as change their size and position. On the other hand, you can simply upload and manage your designs under "printing motives" in an organized manner. Furthermore, it is possible to reorder the created products at any time via one-click order, completely independent of your shop or marketplace connection.
How does the one-click order work?
With the one-click order or a manual order, you can order your created products directly without a shop or marketplace connection and have them delivered to a desired address. For this, you add the product to the shopping cart after designing it, select the delivery address, and place an order. This allows you to easily create test prints and reorder products for customers or employees.

Which file format can I use in the designer?
In the product designer, you can only upload pixel graphics (PNG files) with a maximum file size of 16 MB. Make sure that the color space is set to RGB and the resolution is between 150-300 dpi (DIN A3 approx. 3500 x 5000 px). The width and height should be between 1000 and 10,500 pixels. Please note for your motif that it does not contain any semi-transparent elements.

Can I also create multiple products for a design?
With the Multi-Product-Creator, you can easily create a design for different product categories, whether it's a T-shirt, hoodie, bag, or mug. For this, you select the base design and the desired products in the creator. Then you design the individual products with the appropriate size and position of the design and add the product colors.
