Cancel contract online

Use this form to formally declare your withdrawal from a purchase. This is a legal declaration that you are canceling your contract for an item, multiple items, or an entire order within 14 days of receipt. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your declaration. If you do not receive your withdrawal confirmation in your inbox or spam folder, please contact our customer service.

‍Please note: Submitting this form is independent of the return of your items – you must still return the products according to our usual return procedure.

⚠️ Note for personalized products: Items that have been printed or refined according to your wishes are excluded from cancellation. If you would like to report a production error, please use the complaint tool in the order view in the dashboard.
